As part of our ongoing maintenance efforts between projects, we’re happy to announce that a new update to Reaper is now available on Steam.
The key improvements include sharper, clearer graphics and much smoother animations, along with enhanced support for ultrawide screens and high refresh rates. The game should sync with your monitor’s refresh rate, and we highly recommend enabling V-Sync in your driver settings.
Other notable updates include:
- Higher-quality music and sound effects files.
- Improved font rendering with better kerning.
- Better UI navigation for game controllers with proper glyphs (PS/Xbox).
- Minor gameplay tweaks, such as easier collection of nearby gold coins and nuggets.
Please note that this update is not compatible with older hardware, like systems with Intel Celeron integrated GPUs. However, the old version of the game remains available on Steam via the "legacy" channel.
