Mainly a quick update to fix the Fast Travel bug.
Also fixes an issue with some VIP's spawning in the air.
A bunch of new audio sfx..
Finally fixed the weird grey unlit doors.
You can sprint to doors!
Fix a bunch of arrest bugs, probably more still to find..
Optimisation work to UI.
