Small patch of QOL settings to make your Planet Popping smoother than ever
Changes:
- Updated settings menu layout
- Settings Menu now include options for Resolution and Windowed mode
- Sound settings now use a slider so you can customize your audio experience
- Setting menu points now updates properly
- Settings will save and load properly so you don't need to reapply settings
- Cleaned up the planet dropper so planets can touch the left/right wall before dropping them
