Client Update 3/28/2017

Removed the default autoexec.cfg from the Anarchy Arcade/frontend/cfg folder.
Fixed an issue that prevented local video files from playing in-game.
Got rid of the broken "double-press" and "press-and-hold" features of the reload button. (Tab button brings up the Task Menu now.)
Fixed an issue that caused web tabs to be unresponsive when using scrapers.
Further improved the Steamworks browser to be more stable & provide better debug info.
Improved debug info while initializing the workshop manager.
