Added Libretro SRAM save support. Progress is no longer lost every time you press reset on the Libretro top menu.
Added automatic state saving/loading for Libretro.
Added a Libretro Core menu accessible from the Libretro top menu. It lets you customize any options provided by the core. You can also specify core-specific overrides.
Added a Libretro Input menu accessible from the Libretro top menu. It lets you enable/disable the GUI gamepad, or customize your keybindings for Libretro. You can also specify core or game-specific keybinds.
