Added:
- 3 or 4 teams death-match. Set fof_sv_maxteams to customize amount of teams (2-4)
- new Bandidos and Rangers teams. Note that ranger player model can't be seen in first person yet
- new visual hint for gentleman perk: a target icon is diplayed at enemy's feet instead the old body material effect
- brass knuckles: punch enemy to knock their guns out of his hands. Enemy must be looking at you (punching their back won't work)
- testing fof_loothill as TDM only map with fixed respawns
Fixed:
- spectators able to drink whiskey

- sawed off shotgun: double shot removed
