Added:
- more visible and easier to use mute menu
- space bar or enter key to accept instead clicking 'okay' (MOTD, team selection, equipment, mute menu)
Fixed:
- explosive barrel awarding less notoriety than expected
- some kick based kills not rewarded properly
- achievement chat notification still not fully working
- gentleman: targets sometimes identified as 'unaware' by error
Balanced:
- sawed shotgun: double fire does -7% damage
