on last Friday I was talking to our fellow community member Sphynx, who kindly suggested us to install Gauge Support plugin on our Mantis system.
This plugin is as simple as powerful. It allows each one of you select a value / degree of support for each issue we or you have already reported to the system. It is being used also by the good guys at Arcengames and Introversion Software (Prison Architect).
