Improvements
- Tweaked: Made it so Mutagen spawns her minions less often, doesn't summon two minions in between phases, and her max amount of minions that she can have is now 15 instead of 30.
- Tweaked: Lowered the cost of salvaging rods a smidge
- Tweaked: Bumped up the amount you can gather before a tool breaks by a bit
- In the Coille, Gored and Curse of the Dunes are now dispel-able by a priest. Bubble Coating is no longer dispel-able by a priest (but you can still "click" it off).
- Boosted the drop rate of repair globules by 40% (from 2.5% per gather to 3.5%)
- By request, we lowered the Pyrron master key from 4500 medallions to 2500.
- Bumped the duration of Curse of the Dunes to 20 minutes. Lowered the amout that it debuffs healing from 30% to 15%.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Repair costs for boots, gloves, hats, were doubled when we meant to cut them in half - so now we a) un-doubled the cost and b) cut them in half (in other words, cut the cost to 1/4th).
- Fixed: Add new village bug node for Alizarin Monarchs
- Fixed: Move the fishing spots in lakeside from the dock to the shore
- Fixed: There aren't any level restriction on the quests and bounties in Bevyn's Coille.
- Fixed: Preserved tools cannot gather forever
- Fixed: Starter tools are no longer sold by vendors
- Fixed: Certain summoned monsters from Elder bosses needed ranked gear to damage
- Fixed: Bevyn's Coille Missing achievement icon
- Fixed: Keppel and Terratrias were missing some trees
- Fixed: Moved Madelgarde farther away from the Bevyn Portal
- Looked at: Please do something about fishing nodes. I can't see them in the village.
- I went through and looked at all of the fishing nodes in the village. All of them were visible with certain settings. I think the major culprit may be particle distance, which effectively makes it so fishing nodes can't be seen from distance. If this is set all the way low, you can only see nodes at your feet, so possibly players could try to play with this setting.
- Fixed: Talent Rank shows again in the gear portion of the talent window
- Fixed: Level 68 defender gear and level 73 defender gear both require the same monster part.
- Fixed: There was a bug where setting an item down where it previously was in the inventory would sometimes cause it to vanish until a relog.
- Fixed: the vendor item count would reset to default after a transaction.
- Fixed: bag names in vendor were being displayed wrong if any bag was empty (e.g. Bag 3 instead of Bag 4, etc.)
- Possibly Fixed: We found some issues relating to double clicking. Possibly this was the cause for some players not being able to use items until a relog. Let us know if the use item bug is still happening.
- Fixed: Forest Trow's in Bog slow down the rate that your abilities refresh.
- Fixed: Completed and abandoned quests had font colors that were hard to read
- Fixed: Commander Brestin lv66 bounty in Undercroft now has the same level restrictions as the rest of the zone.
- Fixed: Two Pyrron Resistance rings were reversed. This caused weird issues for players with stone steps in Apothecary / Undercroft vs. Underbelly / Creation Caves.
- Fixed: Some rugs in Pyrron Upper Keep were wonky.
- Fixed: Hollow cask in Undercroft could not be opened.
- Fixed: Invisible Fishing Spots in Sapphira's Lament on certain settings.
- Fixed: After turning in the other quests to continue on in "The Beginning of the End" quest it tracked to the wrong place.
- Fixed: Burkin in Crystal Spire was removed from the zone.
- Fixed: Elda talked about non existing NPCs and game mechanics.
- Fixed: Inkwells in the Undercroft couldn't be interacted with
- Fixed: There was an issue with legendary crafting and Priest and Wizard gear that used elemental fleeces. If a player ranked up their skill in the 'simple' recipe (non-elemental), then they couldn't get a basic version to be used as an ingredient for the more powerful recipe. To fix this, we have removed the ability to rank up in skill on all priest and wizard basic items. The crafting window will now show special messages and help topics to explain why this is the case on these recipes. Elemental versions of the item can still be ranked up as normal. Any player who has more powerful version of the basic item (+,++,+++, or legendary) will KEEP those items, they will become legacy items as they no longer will be able to be created after this change. Since all stats and talents on the elemental versions are in general better than the simple version, there should be no negative impact on wizards and priests. However there is one small exception in that a wizard or priest won't be able to get a legendary +1 Rank boosted form of the talent "Reinforced."
- Fixed: When I'm trading my COG coins at the quatermasters for supplies I set the number for "buy" at 500 but it always resets back to 1 - and trading supplies and COG coins is bad enough as it is right now, without having to enter a new number every time^^
Notes
- Report: "I've stopped receiving notifications for quest progress and completion, and I have the setting "Show quest pop-ups" checked in the options window. I think others are having the same problem." Note: If this is talking about the yellow 'chat' bubbles that come from the quest tracker, I don't know what happened to those. if it is talking about the center prints, then we turned those off intentionally because they cluttered the screen.
- Report: "Bounties would aggro through the fence in Lampkin Village." Note: We tested this with a level 1 toon running up and down the fence. The bounty would not aggro on me at all. I think what is happening is players are running into the village and while running by the bounty they are aggroing it and pulling it into the village.
- Report: Reports of gear, not gathering tools, wearing down while gathering on live.Note: We looked through the code and cannot see a way for that to happen. To be certain, we did a test. We repaired all gear, then gathered 400+ times. Nothing lost durability except for the tool.
