Bug Fixes:
- We for real fixed a bug that was making spawns of level 75 elder bosses require ranked gear.
- Fixed a weird state that Mutagen could get in where she would spawn way to many minions.
- Fixed a bug that would allow a player doing the elite crafting quests backwards (i.e. not following the quest goals, but rather doing various parts based on what they have heard from other players) to get their quest in a weird state. The system will no longer allow this to happen, however players who are bugged will still be bugged. Players who are bugged will need to leave a comment in this patch thread noting their exact character name(s), server, and which quests are broken. At some point a dev will come along and log on your character to fix it. Do not be surprised or alarmed if you get kicked from the game at some point, it just means that a dev is attempting to login as you to fix your character.
- Fixed: premium gather tools were being sold for 1 copper at the Tool Vendors (hopefully fixed for real now).
- Fixed: you could perform feats while dead.

- Players can't climb some stairs/inclines
