Update v1.013

POKER BLINDS: The time between blinds will now increase as the game goes on. The first increase will take 3 minutes, then 4 minutes then 5 etc.
Added the Steampunk outfit for reaching teir 40 in slots.
Added PS4 controller support (note that if you have an Xbox AND a PS4 controller plugged in, there may be conflicts)
Added a check email status button to the login screen so you can see the delivery status of your verification email.
