As one of the very few dragons in Auratia that develop any kind of toxin, Poison Claw is unique amongst his brethren. Even though the deadly gas is produced in his neck, it has found its way down to his claws and can be secreted in liquid form, to infect wounds caused by his monstrous nails. One small cut has been documented to leave its prey paralyzed and helpless in under 2 minutes.
This evolution has also led to the toxicity slowly leaking to the rest of Poison Claw’s body, turning him a dark green, personifying his reputation as one of the most pestilent beasts even in all Sitheran. It’s no surprise that he fits in perfectly with the toxic lakes there, some even suggest that he takes his power from those waters, and in turn ensures his dominance over the region.
