Bugs fixed/Improvements
Hospital Safe Puzzle:
- It was too difficult, some extra tips were added to improve the experience
- A guide made by me has been added to the community in case you are REALLY stuck
- When interacting with the book, the player continued in the running animation and making sound. [SOLVED]
VCR Puzzle:
- When the 3 plugs were connected and you selected an empty slot, the plugs would lock and stay stuck in that position [SOLVED]
- Tip added when choosing plugs/connectors. Small arrows will indicate a detail that was often overlooked.
- Indication that the VCR is ready to receive the tape as soon as the wires are in the correct position and return to the VHS general menu. The TV will turn orange and sound like static. The "Repair" button will be blocked as it is no longer needed.
Ending 2 Puzzle:
- When the game was in English, an important clue to solving the puzzle was not shown You should select the "Revenge" tape, so a part of the password for the vault would appear, but it was only working when the game was in Portuguese -BR [SOLVED]
- Password generation for the hideout vault, when the player opens the game for the first time, the expected behavior was the generation of a single password that would be saved forever. But the game was generating a password for each launch. [SOLVED]
Circuit Breaker Puzzle:
- If the player activate the circuit breaker and spamm the exit button, the game could continue processing the puzzle and the game would possibly crash [SOLVED]
- When activating the interaction with the circuit breaker at the edge of the interaction area, the player could fall outside, which would jam the back button and the player would be trapped. [SOLVED]
- Activating the bookshelf and then spamming the back button (C) locks the player onto the bookshelf. [SOLVED]
Mantis Hideout:
- In the last chase, there was a part of the corridor with no wall tiles. [SOLVED]
- In the first chase, if the player tried to shoot the Mantis, the camera would lock in the current position [SOLVED]
Observation:
- I received a feedback, a suspicion that the numbers were not being computed in the safe puzzle at the hospital. I did several tests and found that everything was normal.
