Hello Warriors,
Just wanted to give everyone the heads up on the 3 major issues plaguing Infinity Wars right now, and while not everyone experiences these problems I know there are those out there who are and you should be aware that we're working REALLY hard to fix these problems for you.
1] There have been quite a few users every now and then approaching me in blocks saying they have some serious issues logging in. Such as stuck on connecting to server, logins timing out, so on so forth. These problems are under heavy investigation right now and we hope to have them resolved.
The problem is that not everyone experiences this issue, so we have to locate what's going on with the users' software that might be causing this. If you are experiencing this yourself please e-mail [email protected] with some information, we'd be very appreciative.
2] The chat system has gone down a couple times today. This isn't due to an over encumbered server or anything of the kind, it's just a glitch that keeps re-occurring. While we are indeed working to fix this as quickly as we can, you should be aware that we are also scrapping this current system in it's entirety and giving the system along with the interface a massive upgrade. We'll have more information on that soon.
3] There are some issues with Valve's Steam Wallet overlay conflictions when trying to purchase Lightmare Points that we're working on. Basically when you try to authorize the payment nothing happens after that point, and we're also working on this as quickly as we can to get everything fixed up for a smooth gaming experience.
