Small patch with just 2 changes
1. EU and US-east servers are back. Please select them in the main menu at the top right under "Matchmaking Region"
2. The default control scheme now uses Q and E for ranged light and ranged heavy. Spellbook abilities are 1, 3, R, F keys by default
