Patch 0.16.1 - minor patch. Multiplayer Tower Expedition is in the works

* Added Male player character option. For now, male/female is randomly selected
* Hub construction and renovation: Kiosks added showing upcoming in-game events
* Added camera lag to the combat camera

* Fixed an issue causing movement corrections on Travelators
* Fixed an issue causing doors to open/close erratically
