Greetings.
Anticipating questions and frustrations about why this patch is so small, I’ll start the patch notes with an excuse: both my (the programmer’s) primary and backup computers broke down at the same time.
But now everything is fine. We finished the patch in two days and are releasing it. First, let me tell you what’s in the patch, and then — what’s next. Yes, according to our plans, the patch was supposed to be released about 10 days ago, but here we are.
This patch has two main features:
1. The Praydon location with quests (but no reputation rewards for now).
The location offers three quests of different types.

2. The Independent Trading Assistant — Rombus the Cat, created together with the game’s Discord community (not the entire community, but we brainstormed ideas in a voice channel).
Rombus the Cat will help you trade. To talk to him, you need to rescue 10 cats and upgrade the cat-related talent tree by two points. You can find Rombus in Watchmansham I.

Rombus can sell your goods for you. More info under the question mark button. Talk to Rombus first, then check your wagon.

What’s Next (no specifics yet):
0. New enemies: Mercenaries you cannot hire.
1. Rework supply and demand in cities.
2. Shift focus toward trading: Plan to adjust prices for each trader based on how often you trade with them. Trading will require more strategy.
3. Add delivery quests in every settlement. Rewards include both money (as profitable as selling goods) and reputation (to grind faster).
4. The Shapitoshevo location with quests, including story quests, and the conclusion of the current story arc. After this, we’ll focus on global improvements before tackling the desert biome.
5. Mercenary traits (we call this Hobby): Similar to systems in other games, but simplified. Alongside this, we plan to add new road events and challenges that can be solved alone or using mercenary traits (hobbies).
6. Other ideas: Still in early stages (one or two sentences), so more work is needed.
Let us know if you spot any issues, and thank you for your patience!
