Patch of a rare issue with employee and reset employee needs every morning

Quick patch for rare employee issue that might break some interface, such as being to fire multiple people at once with a unique confirmation panel.

Also improve the employee needs management to have their drink/food/fun parameters reset to 0 every day as they fill those at home.
