Hi, Gamers!
RolldBox Games development team Today with Ferran, one of our Co-Founders, as well as the Game Designer and Creative Director of the studio at RolldBox Games 👋
Gameplay feel, Art, Abilities:
These are the top 3 standout features highlighted at a local event where content creators and gamers got to play Masks of the Void: Origins at our booth. What other features would you highlight?
Have you already mastered a specific ability?
You might need it with what we're preparing! Stay tuned for what's coming!
Inside the Development Process
In our last devlog we were introducing you to what is coming: The Challenges!
What happens when a development team is in creative and inspired mode?
Well, incredible new features emerge, and this is the case. We've created 4 distinct challenges, with two focuses:
🔹 Challenges to win
🔹 Infinite challenges where time reigns... and so does the Leaderboard!
Any hints about the content? No! We're saving that for the update, which is coming very soon!
But we will give you some clues for success:
How are you eliminating enemies? Do you already know how to defeat them? Have you trained enough? Quantity matters!
Do you know who Dr. Herdesset is?
How good are you at throwing things around you? Can you identify all the objects you can toss? Full-throttle Telekinesis!
Remember Dr. Herdesset:
and the members of the cult...
All in action very soon!
Sneak Peek of Upcoming Content
How do the Upgrades work?
The concept of the upgrade in Masks of the Void: Origins is equivalent to leveling up, and what we ask you to do is to loot energy.
How do you do it?
Easy! By picking up cards, defeating enemies... all these interactions allow you to accumulate energy, and once you've collected enough, that's when you can perform the Upgrade!
