The armor and speed make it very hard to crack, and the lasers are pinpoint accurate at any velocity. With a price of $41,000T, this ship is a bargain amongst Mastermind ships. The only drawback is a lack of maneuverability, so you'll just have to enjoy where this airframe takes you.
