This is a hotfix update to resolve post-1.38.1.0 (patch) release issues.
Bug Fixes
Temporarily disabled Windows version checking due to false incompatibility issues.
Killing infantry no longer result into spamming messages.
BETA messages for Victory Points removed.
Adjusted terrain brightness to enhance visibility.
FMS can no longer be placed on bridges and/or most asphalt.
Town of Mean no longer has white line on terrain near airfield.
