Patch 1.37b

Quite a lot has changed in this patch in regards to items, crafting, and all sorts of number tweaking. Since a lot of curves have been changed, the numbers will likely be something we fine tune in the next patches.

The nature of armor/items has changed significantly, as such a lot of old items no longer exist. After updating and loading the game, any old items you have that are no longer are defined will not be in you inventory. This is an unfortunate side effect, but steps like these are needed in the Early Access development process.

We are glad to be back to focusing on content for the game. Our list of thing to do is still large, and we are taking them one step at a time between two developers. We appreciate your patience as we continue to develop.

Bug Fixes
- Menus should now act better in regards to losing control. There was an issue with the keyboard focus going to other widgets on screen, but it didn't make sense to the user experience.
- Fixed issue where you can back out of a menu, but still have a dialog showing, causing a crash.
- Fixed crash on quitting/going back to main menu from in game.
- Random heart objects that randomly dropped from chests, but could not be picked up. That has been removed.
- Fixed a number of locations where controller/keyboard focus would be lost in the menus.

Armor
- A lot has changed with armor. Instead of perks to wear certain types, now everyone can wear everything.
- Equip weight has been introduced, this is weight that only affects the player if that item is equipped.
- The player is able to equip as much weight as they like, however once over 100 weight they begin to suffer a movement speed penalty. The penalty increases the more weight they have equipped.
- The following equipment now all give armor: headgear, bodygear, armgear, footgear
- Armor requirement perks have been changed to armor masteries. They give you bonuses as long as you were are wearing armor of all one type.

Crafting
- Forge: Now have ability to craft items at the forge. This requires you to disassemble an item first to learn its recipe.
- Disassemble: You can now disassemble items, this gives you crafting resources, and its recipe if able.
- Use Kit: This actions requires you have a crafting kit. Kits apply a particular operation on an item, such as rerolling magical stats and increasing an items level. Kits can be found from monster drops as well as crafted.
- Text for blacksmith has been updated to reflect new crafting options

Items Misc
- Random magical properties now follow a rarity chart. Some properties will show up more, some less. Before they all had a similar chance.

Chests
- Chicken chests show up a lot less (It's funny the first time, but we want player to be excited to see a chest)
- Chest loot drops have been greatly improved.

Player
- Accessory slot has been removed, but a slot for a ring has been added.
- Experience per level has been changed, in attempt to make the player level at the same rate as monster growth.
- Party-wide buffs such as Heal, Globe of Invulnerability, and Rallying Shout have had their ranges doubled so you don’t have to be quite as close to your friends.
- fixed: If use dragon on ice entrance, then leave game. State isn't saved.

Monsters
- Updated monster levels in the overworld

Visual Updates
- Updated the way items are sorted in the inventory. Now the sorting cares about equip slots and slot positions. This means skills should always show up in the 1-4 order, as per the power bar. Also similar types of equipment should be grouped next to each other, with equipable stuff appearing towards the top of the list.
- Forge has an actual model now
- Smoke added to Smith's house
- Smith is now slightly larger
- Carpets in Bureau turned grey
- Equip icon updated
- Added "Press Any Button" dialog to the input configuration
- If you try to equip something and you can’t, a dialog will tell you this.
