Patch includes:
- all items and weapons now have a quality level
- there are 5 quality levels ranging from common to artifact
- higher quality items are rarer and more powerful
- all items dropped before this patch will be tagged as Common
- items are color coded to distinguish quality
- Steam badges
- Steam trading cards
- Steam profile backgrounds
- Steam emoticons
