Those who receieved GAR early access via SteamGifts, Groupees Bundle, NoxiousNet, etc. should now have access to the retail version of GAR. Note there will be two versions of GAR in your Steam library - "Galactic Arms Race" and "Galactic Arms Race (TEST)". Both have full game functionality and can connect to multiplayer servers but different save game data due to Steam Cloud saving.
