added an overview to all perks which are only valid for a single element to the pause-menu "choices" category
fixed Frigid Wave not being affected by spell deletion modifiers
fixed a bug where the skill icons could be stuck on upper left corner when a lvl-up started (hard to replicate, if it still happens please pm me)
slightly increased laser warning line width, slightly decreased laser hitbox width
