Changes:
- Reimplemented ping handling entirely, as the old one was unreliable and broke on non-English locales (OS display language).
- More intricate system-provided error reports, which are now all coalesced into the "dropped packet" color (default red).
- Linux, which previously had trouble when started from the Steam library, may now work. Pending testing. Arch users may need to apply this workaround (ArchLinux wiki)
