Fixed a duplication bug on the anvil allowing you to get free enchantment upgrades.
Fixed an issue with the oxygen bar jumping up when leaving water.
Adjusted the visuals on growing crops so that finished crops were a green bar and still growing is orange. This also translated to damaged entities in general.
Changed the colour of the pickup icon on all relevant devices.
