I have had an issue with some textures on certain GPU's, I have been reviewing this for a few days and have a build that I hope resolves it. If this patch causes any rendering issues, please advise.
Update to xp gains on perks not being rendered correctly. ( i may up the gain% to 10 from 5, feedback apprediated ).
