The Noise-o-matic playtest #1 is live!

- Playtest Focus

This test aims to gather as much feedback as possible, specifically for the following aspects:

1. User experience (UI, core features usability)
2. Hardware compatibility

Please try Noise-o-matic and let us know (on the steamcommunity forum dedicated thread or on in the #feedback channel on our Discord Server ) how much you like it (or dislike it!) so we can improve the user experience!

Noise-o-matic should work with any sound card and microphone combo, but if you are experiencing issues, please let us know!

- Things you should know about the playtest

Most core features are already in, despite maybe lacking some polishing - that's ok, we want to know your feedback so we can improve Noise-o-matic during its development. Many features are still NOT ready (this is a playtest after all :) ) so please keep in mind that the following features are still heavily worked on:

- The multichannel audio playback is currently not available (suggest us UI improvements to accomodate for it!)
- Basic Soundboard Customization (emojis & tags will be improved, TTS sections, and more are coming!)
- Voice changer filters (ongoing tuning, missing filters applied to TTS)
- Voice recorder and editor (basic filtering and features available)

High volume warning: high volume can cause hearing loss. Please be careful when using this soundboard. Always test new features at low volume and tune it later based on your preference.

Please note that during the first-time setup, Noise-o-matic will need to restart the Windows Audio service - if you're in angoing call (e.g. on Discord or Skype) you should close those programs before installing Noise-o-matic to avoid interruptions.

- How to enter the playtest

Simply click "Request Access" from the Noise-o-matic Steam page and that is it! You will find "Noise-o-matic Playtest" in your steam library!

The playtest will run as long as we need - we plan on releasing future playtest without disrupting usage, though it is possible we may do so under certain circumstances: join our Discord Server to stay up to date with all upcoming events!
