We updated the server launcher. You can now set server passwords and admin privileges. Anyone can be an admin if they know the password. They just need to type into chat /AdminLogin [password]
To Use Admin Commands open up chat and type in /[YourCommand]
*ignore [ ] they just symbolize text input

*Note: Server passwords are WIP. To connect you'd need to make a shortcut to Nether.exe and in properties, at the end of Target, Specify the IP and the server password. Example: [127.0.0.1 ?Password=TestPassword]
