This update lets you suggest your own policies. Note if you are playing an existing saved game (and have unlocked the endgame), the option will only become available at the next voting cycle.
In addition, if you push any current proposal's support low enough, it can be removed from the agenda. This will open up another slot for you to suggest a new policy during the same voting cycle.

Add checkbox to Birthday window and Character Sheet for disabling Birthday window
Add ability for player to suggest a policy each voting cycle
Add slider for player to set percentage of influence points to spend each month
Reduce randomly proposed policies each voting cycle from 5 to 4
Reduce chance a policy is selected for repeal
Monthly summary item for newly enacted/repealed policies can be clicked to open the Policy view
