1/19, 1/20 Update: MOD update feature, bug fix for range

【Bug Fixes】

1. Fixed a bug where production would become 0 when a worker and the headquarters overlapped at facilities like markets facing the headquarters
2. Fixed a bug where, after retrying, the loading screen could no longer be displayed during non-combat situations
3. Fixed a bug where range would not increase when units were placed in buildings
4. Fixed a bug where pressing the level 10 upgrade button for buildings consumed the cost for 10 levels instead of 1 level
