General
- Quite possibly fix online disconnects at round start...who knew it could take soooo long for a socket to get created?! If you were having Round-1-Fight disconnects, try now.
- Fix race condition in controller initialization, possibly fixes some controller bugs like rapid Up. Does NOT fix weirdness/freezes after hitting a button at initial controller select screen, but I have finally seen that so I can fix it tomorrow.
- Shorter hitstops on Buers is real now. Enjoy faster Painwheel combos.
