Today's a shortie, but possibly the MOST important patch notes of all time:
- GGPO timing fix is now permanent, you can remove the launch option.
Go go much better netplay. NOW WHAT, OTHER GAMES?! NOW WHAT!!
(If you are a game company and are making a fighting game and are not using GGPO, there is something wrong with you. Yes, really. It is THAT good. Any performance problems it had before now are solely the result of my idiocy. :^)
