Compensation for the Recent Issues
Firstly, we apologize for the various errors that happened recently which interfered with the gameplay.
The following compensation has been sent out, so please check your Mailbox.
[Panarose Error Compensation]
Target: All Captains except those who have used Panarose.
Compensation: Diamond x2,000, Legend Scroll x50, Mystic Dust x10,000, Arena Sword x30, Novice Arena Sword x30, World Arena Sword x30, Compass x30, Temple Key, x30, Horseshoe x1,000, Honor Point x5,000
[PvP Ranking Reset Compensation]
While only the Captains who used Panarose in PvP content should've had their PvP rankings reset,
we found out that additional Captains were affected by this Ranking Reset.
Due to this issue, about 50 extra Captains had their PvP Rankings reset.
For these Captains, the following Compensation has been sent out.
Apology Compensation: Rank 1 Reward for all 3 Arenas
Total - Purified Terra 1,400 +Diamond x1,875 + Gold x2.150,000 + Ancient Coin x416 + World Ticket x91, Compass x250
