We confirmed an issue where some captains did not receive the ranking rewards according to their actual ranking on Nov 3rd Temple of Guardians Result Period.
Our team will be taking necessary measures to make sure this issue will not happen again in the future.
The following measures will be done regarding the ranking result for this Beta Season.
[Captains who received more rewards than their actual rankings]
■ Target: Captains who received higher ranking result rewards than their actual rankings
■ The additional rewards of Honor Point, Rune Piece x250 Selection Ticket, and others will not be removed from the account.
[Captains who received less rewards than their actual rankings]
■ Target: Captains who received lower ranking result rewards than their actual rankings
■ Compensation Period: During Nov 9th 2023 Scheduled Maintenance
■ Compensation: Maximum difference in missing rewards (★6 Rune Piece x250 Selection Ticket x5, Honor Point x1,000)
[Captains who did not receive their titles or received lower ranking titles]
■ Target: Captains who ranked top 1st to 10th in Temple of Guardians
■ Compensation Period: Nov 3rd 2023
■ Compensation: Correct Title for the Captains' Ranking + Missing Achievement Count adjustment
