Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience this error has caused you.
Between 15:00 - 20:00 Oct 31st 2023 (UTC),
Gate of Chaos could not be played normally due to an error.
Similar errors have been happening in the last few months.
While the outcome and the ocurring time is similar, we found different issues causing this problem.
Replicating the exact situation on the test environment was proving to be difficult which caused continued occurrence of similar errors back to back.
This time, however, we were able to replicate the exact issue on the test environment and confirmed that the issue has been fully resolved.
We have prepared the following Compensation for the Captains who were affected by this issue.

■ Compensation Target: Captains who participated in the Gate of Chaos at least once between 15:00 - 20:00 Oct 31st 2023 (UTC).
■ Compensation: Ancient Magic Stone x41,000
[Battle Pass Error]
Additionally, there was an issue where opening the Battle Pass menu will show an error and crash the game.
This issue started from 15:00 Oct 31st (UTC) and was fixed by 02:00 Nov 1st (UTC).
We have taken necessary measures to make sure that this will not happen again in the future.
