There is an issue on Steam login system currently. Due to this problem, you may be recognized as a new player when you login and be asked to enter a new character name.
If this is the case for you, please send us an email to following address and we will restore the name back for you.

Also, if you do get asked to enter a new character name, please do not enter any new name but simply restart the game to avoid the error.
