Updated the escape menu
Settings options:
- [MOVED] Toggle fullscreen
- [NEW] Set windowed mode window size
- [NEW] volume settings
Multiplayer options:
- [MOVED] Host game
- [NEW] Send items
Bug fix: Multiplayer games no longer spam send basic swords that don't do anything.
