Misc changes:
- Stats in the pause menu list now show their description on mouse-over without needing to click
- Back End changes on how levels are loaded for easier implementations of new levels
Bug fixes:
- Restored knockback applied on Owlnions (or Moths)
Balance changes:
- Owlnions: Increased HP and decreased acceleration speed
Known issues:
- On rare occasions Owlnions stop following the player and fly in a straight direction
