Config and profiles was moved to common ProgramData folder (%PROGRAMDATA%) from user-specific %APPDATA% - this is fix for users who runs PlayClaw from non-admin accounts.
Changed achivements apply "mode" and steam status change. Now PlayClaw changes steam user status only once (on start) and apply all stats collected with previous run.
Fixed compatibility with latest Windows 8.1 updates
