About this aircraft
The F-89D is a very fast interceptor that lacks forward-firing guns. Instead, it relies on a hundred proximity-fuzed FFAR “Mighty Mouse” rockets. While hitting agile fighters with them is rather difficult, they are capable of inflicting devastating damage to bombers and larger aircraft!
