Bug Fixes:
Boost spawners should no longer stack multiple boost.
Explosive Spheres should now respawn properly when level reseting.
Made the player a little taller.
Apply settings should now appear properly when adjusting some settings.
Fixed world 2 music overlapping.
Water on maps 2-7 through 2-10 should be fixed.
Updated some tutorial text in World 1 Level 1.
