We’re proud to announce that a brand new game mode: Last Stand, is nearing release!
Our original goal was to launch the mode by the end of February. As the month flew by and feedback streamed in from our Public Test environment, we decided to spend some more time fine-tuning the mode to make sure it truly lived up to our vision of an intensely challenging and exciting new experience for Vermintide. Apologies for the delay, but believe us when we say it’ll be worth the wait.
If you can’t bare to wait, you can opt in to a pre-release version in our Public Test environment by following these steps:
1. Right-click Vermintide in your Steam Library
2. Click on Properties
3. Click on Betas
4. In the drop-down menu, select the branch named "publictest"
5. Download and play!
Your current progress (loot, level etc) and any progress you make in Public Test will carry over to release, with one exception: We will be resetting the personal scores in the Last Stand mode before release to ensure a fair start for everyone.
