New Blocks

• Counter - Counts pulses. Adjustable and resetable.

Block Changes

• Rollers and dynamic rollers now get powered together when welded together. Rollers can no longer be welded to dynamic rollers
• Teleporting a chair will also carry a player sitting in the chair

User Interface

• Added camera damping. Can be adjusted or disabled in the options menu
• Options menu organized into sub-menus
• Added hover-text for guidebook catagories and research tree
• Reorginized guidebook catagories
• Mouse hovering over a spawner shows its range
• Many tweaks to guidebook and WAILA (What Am I Looking At)

Bug Fixes

• Locking a hotbar slot now saves and loads correctly
• Sensor now updates sensing solid or charge on the side of beams
• Fixed inductor recipe example in guidebook being impossible
• Syncronized the mouse radiuses for hover-over displays and being able to adjust
• Fixed some corruptions and crashes with text entry
