Added some things

Added the item reforger to level 1 and 2.
Added an outline to chests to make them stand out more.
Buffed the Spiralister to 20% (was 15%) increased damage while below 30% hp.
Nerfed the pyramid's damage.
Fixed some bugs with the pyramid.
Fixed a bug that made the default audio levels 0.
