Backrooms Society - 0.6.91
Hello everyone! It has been 3 years since the early access launch of Backrooms Society. I want to thank all of you and celebrate the progress the game has made since its release back in 2023. What better way to celebrate than with how we in Sweden celebrate this time of year, with Midsummer.
• Strange Maypoles have begun appearing across all levels. Chop them down and bring Midsummer offerings to the large Maypole in The Hub in exchange for one of six new anniversary and Midsummer-themed cosmetics.
• Added new and improved match-burning effects.
• Improved hiding spots in Level 2.6 Planned Expedition. Entities will no longer be able to see or hear players once they enter a hidey hole, making them less likely to remain outside the hiding spot for extended periods of time.
