1. Fixed Crashes in Tutorial when Pausing
2. Fixed issue where ghost ship would linger and block movement of player ships

Quality of life features

• Changed options menu to make returning to main menu clear
• Added ship health readout to in level contextual menu
• Changed health bar read out to be relative to max health so that ships with differing HP don't appear to have similar HP
