We have another patch for you, focused again on fixing the most serious and annoying bugs; most notably, the Stock Market issue and the problem with task notifications.
We have also added new information tooltips, so it should now be easier for you to get your bearings in the game, whether you're a newcomer or a Grand Strategy veteran.
These fixes cannot apply to existing saves, so we recommend starting a fresh campaign to get the full benefit of the update.

But you can influence those plans and design decisions too - the entire reason we launched in Early Access is so that we can tailor the final version of the game to your expectations, based on your feedback - so please, keep giving us your suggestions and reporting those bugs! If you are reporting a bug, be sure to describe the problem in detail, and include your save file and log file, which you can find here: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\LocalLow\Jujubee\RP3

- fixed an issue with the Government window sometimes interlacing with other windows,
- fixed an issue that prevented the recruitment of ships and aircraft in the United Kingdom,

- Party Ideology effect value will no longer surpass the party program (the target value) while approaching it,
