Hi everyone an issue was brought up that the shop achievements we're working properly.
This has been resolved, please launch the game and open the shop, if you own all Allies/Axis units the respective achievements will be granted appropriately.

Fixed Purchase All Allied Units Achievement
Fixed Purchase All Axis Units Achievement
